The rules for reading, quoting and taking part in US_AFTER_ALL.

01Who we are

us-after-all.net is the website of US_AFTER_ALL, a non-commercial research collective of researchers, publicists and artists. The site is operated by Ivan Streltsov, Udine, Italy (see the [Imprint](/legal/imprint)). By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

02Using the site

You may read the site, share links to it and quote it as described below. You may not: scrape or copy the site systematically; republish texts, images or other works in full without written permission; interfere with its security or operation; or use it unlawfully.

04Content you send us

If you send us a message, a proposal or a file, you remain its owner. We use it only to read and answer you. We do not publish it, or give it to others, without your permission. Please send links rather than attachments, and do not send material that you have no right to share.

05Newsletter

The newsletter is optional, requires double opt-in and can be cancelled at any time through the link in each email. Details on data are in the [Privacy policy](/legal/privacy).

07Availability and liability

The site is offered free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right that you have as a consumer and that cannot be excluded by law.

08Reporting problems

If you think content infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to editors@us-after-all.net with the page address, what the problem is and how to reach you. We will review it promptly.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Courts of Udine, Italy have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
